Very disappointed in Orkin in Syracuse NY. We had our house sprayed beginning of July. We were displaced from our house for over a month; rehomed our pets, got rid of furniture, tore up carpet and laid new flooring, and vacuumed daily for months. It is now end of Sept. We have been in contact with the office for over a month now, trying to speak with a manager due to this unresolved issue. Hi I'm unhappy as we came back home after person was here. An inside are house has flies and outside are house is still bad. Like it was when the person got here. Feel like I just wasted 481.00 dollars today and still have the same fly problem.
Absolutely disgusted! My sister had 7 kids! Called to get bees removed! She had 20 in her home! Also loaded outside her home! was told they would be their between noon and 2! They not only did not show up but want to make an excuse and make me (called for my sister) to wait 24 to 48 hours to talk to a manager! Absolutely disgusting would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst customer service! Made my bee problem worse! Still have ants…call Perimetek pest management- 315-299-5245 - they solved all our problems and they return phone calls
Was told they would be there between two and four he didn’t get there until quarter after seven was only in the home maybe 20 minutes and did not take care of my flea problem for the price I paid it was ridiculous

They have been out twice to my customers home to take care of a ground bee problem. They are just as many as there were before he had called them. Yeah that's it sprinkle a little powder and that's going to fix the issue.
