They have come multiple times. Nothing’s worked. We still have fleas. The gentleman comes and sprays with a spray can that looks like Raid. He is in my house for 5 minutes, if that. There’s no way he’s spraying thoroughly. Not happy. I’ll be looking for another pest control company.

Extremely disappointed!! They are a fucking scam! I was mislead and taken advantage of. The Orkin people did the job of a five year old and didn't even complete it. I had to show them their mistakes before they left the first day and they still didn't do it right! Then I called the very next day and they had excuses and ignored me and didn't call me back. I must have made over twenty phone calls and a heap of stress and I ended up having to fix and do the job that they never completed, and charged me a fucking arm and a leg ... read more

Very disappointed in Orkin in Syracuse NY. We had our house sprayed beginning of July. We were displaced from our house for over a month; rehomed our pets, got rid of furniture, tore up carpet and laid new flooring, and vacuumed daily for months. It is now end of Sept. We have been in contact with the office for over a month now, trying to speak with a manager due to this unresolved issue.
