This company was terrible when it came to canceling my contract when I sold my house. I tried to get a WIR done for the buyers they told me it would be almost 500$ to do. I called another company and they did it for $150. I paid almost 3k for this contract with orkin 4 years ago. I was told by paying it all that way I would get a bigger discount on the yearly fee.
