Recommendedthey came today way to early and only did the back yard the appointment was scheduled for 2pm today and he showed up around 930 I had to take my son to work around 10 15 am
Great service when they actually show up. Everytime i schedule an appointment with them, they dont show up. And the excuse is always the same. “Must have been a miscommunication with the scheduling department”. This has happened atleast 4 times. Today being the 5th. My appointment was scheduled today between 4-6pm. Its 5:40pm, i try to call the office and they are closed. Yet my monthly payments comes out of my account on time. Sick of the unprofessionalism, will soon cancel this service.
Orkin stated they would be to my house between 10-12 pm. I work throughout the week so my time is limited when it comes that. The staff arrived 26 minutes later so 12:26pm. They remained in the car until my father asked them what were they waiting for. I do not understand the process whatsoever. They authorized the payment 9 minutes of being there and I honestly don’t even think they were there more than 20 minutes. Was not present. We left as service started.
We had no one come to do our pest control for almost 3 months. Orkin did not communicate with us at all during that time. I called and left a message asking for a manager to call me. No response from them. When we first signed a contract with Orkin, it took them several months to get the names correct on our account. They had the previous owners’ names on the account and kept billing us in their names. They have been very unprofessional.
