Praying on elderly customers. Told someone close to us that they had a mice infestation and the remedy would be $15k. They had a second company come out and they saw ZERO evidence of mice.

Great service when they actually show up. Everytime i schedule an appointment with them, they dont show up. And the excuse is always the same. “Must have been a miscommunication with the scheduling department”. This has happened atleast 4 times. Today being the 5th. My appointment was scheduled today between 4-6pm. Its 5:40pm, i try to call the office and they are closed. Yet my monthly payments comes out of my account on time. Sick of the unprofessionalism, will soon cancel this service.
Orkin stated they would be to my house between 10-12 pm. I work throughout the week so my time is limited when it comes that. The staff arrived 26 minutes later so 12:26pm. They remained in the car until my father asked them what were they waiting for. I do not understand the process whatsoever. They authorized the payment 9 minutes of being there and I honestly don’t even think they were there more than 20 minutes.
