We had no one come to do our pest control for almost 3 months. Orkin did not communicate with us at all during that time. I called and left a message asking for a manager to call me. No response from them. When we first signed a contract with Orkin, it took them several months to get the names correct on our account. They had the previous owners’ names on the account and kept billing us in their names. They have been very unprofessional.
