What I like most about Orkin is the personal service that I get from the gentleman that comes to my home in five points, Alabama. The company itself is a bit larger than life, but I continue with the service because I know that I can call and interact with him, a personal, regular, account provider, and he gives me five-star service every time. I do not think the corporate side of Orkin is as good as the feet on the ground but that seems to be what we are forced to accept-- Orkin is very lucky to have him.
They come and get the job done; whatever it takes they do to make you a happy satisfied customer
On time (usually early :)) they keep coming out until the job is done and the pests are gone. Prices are great. Would recommend 100%
