My previous pest control service provider didn’t notify me ahead of time they were coming out, talk to me, or take my concerns seriously when I managed to catch them to talk to them. Casey, my Orkin technician, listened to my concerns and provided pest control treatment accordingly. Casey is knowledgeable and courteous. Does this service cost more? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely.
