They charge my parents over $400 yearly for a re-treatment only plan on a small run-down, concrete block house. For the price they are charging I can get another company to do a treatment on their house, not just a promise to treat the house. This is also supposed to cover a yearly inspection, to which, they walked around the outside of the house.
