RecommendedCharles was knowledgeable, explained in detail every task he performed to my 89 year old mother as he went through our home, he’s a wonderful conversationalist, very trustworthy, and extremely patience. We would love to have Charles as our permanent Orkin man...however; he explained he was filling in for another gentleman who was unable to meet with us today. I give Charles a 110%!!
