The technicians are very respectful. They call or email the customer when it's time for a service to be done they schedule a date and time to the customer convenience. Jason is my pest and termite tech he is very professional and very knowledgeable. We r very pleased with Jason. We also have Hector for our lawn care. He also very professional and knowledgeable.
