Came out for 1st visit charged me 272 here we are 2months later no follow up service no monthly services nothing just a one time overly priced job smh. Customer Service Don’t have any solutions not sure why they have jobs

Holly is the worst customer representative, she is disrespectful unprofessional, don’t do business with this company, they overcharge you, never answer the call and then like to fight with the customer.. the manager never are available

We have been customers of Orkin Pest Control since 2004. They have demonstrated horrible customer service and professionalism. Just spoke to Phillip Holsapple, Regional Sales Manager who said we could “cancel or go with someone else”. They subcontract their work and received a quote of $7900 to tent our property, however they doubled that estimate for a quote to us of $15,800. Disappointing to say the least.

Exterminator showed up last week and I told him I was still seeing roaches since they started service in April. He told me to empty out my cabinets and he would be by the following week. He did not spray or anything that day. I called to double check the service time today and they said nothing was scheduled. I told them I spent 2 days emptying my cabinets and this is unacceptable. They said they could send out someone between 4-6 pm instead of the 10-12 timeframe I was originally told. Now I have to change my plans because... read more

This branch misses appointments without notifying you. They do not return voicemails. When you call and they answer, they ask to place you on a "brief" hold and then hang up on you after 20 minutes on hold. Consider other pest control services.
