Answer phone or return phone messages promptly. I called a week ago trying to get a service person to take care of ants in my house . No one answered so I left a message. No response. I took care of the problem myself. That's what I supposedly pay them for. I am about done with Orkin. Sometimes the service is prompt and courteous with ample notifications but most times service is ok at best.
I have been very unhappy with the gopher services for a while now. I reached out to Orkin several times to address the issue but i was let down every time. Today while i was waiting for the arrival of the manager to discuss the problem (the 5th time) a new service guy came and started doing the usual “bug” services. He was not even notified about the gopher problem. Not only was he not notified about the problem, he didn’t even know that I pay extra fees for gopher services.
