I believe in giving credit for great customer service. I have never used a pest control company before, but the steps we were taking to control the spider population weren't working and, after spotting a couple huge wolf spiders, we gave in and called orkin. The lady (forgive me, but I've forgotten her name) I spoke to over the phone was very polite and she didn't push anything that wasn't needed.
