Very happy with the Branch manager who took the time to confirm my apt and details being that you get sent to a call center who gave me false info. (He took care of correcting that ASAP) The tech Tony was beyond great! He went above and beyond and truly made you feel like your his only client. He took the time to explain and give us tips. I can honestly say I was very unhappy after the call center experience however between the branch manager and Tony I'm completely satisfied. Thanks again!

I have been serviced by the same technician for a few months now and we love our Orkin guy Ed! He is always very friendly, polite, considerate and helpful. Always follows social distancing rules.
