Recommended-On time -cordial -Provides information that we can do to help mitigate the issue. -Listens to the customer to formulate the fastest response time -Thinks about pets & medical problems which shows how he emphasizes about the customer first -All I have to do is call & they send your tech for an extra treatment and it’s actually FREE.
