Customer for 20 years. Old tech (Tony) was great! All that have followed him are terrible! Current tech won't even pick up dead cockroaches before putting down more sticky traps and powder. Time to look for a new pest control company!

I was misinformed on what would take place for a termite treatment. Was supposed to go through the whole condo and treat it. Sales person told me they couldn’t drill into my wood floor but they did. The technician didn’t treat whole condo. Just random places. No rhyme or reason to where he went. And when I asked for my warranty and contract it took a week to get it. No return phone calls no return emails. Who knows if they even used the product they sold me. It could be water for all I know. STAY AWAY.
