No details in contract. I literally dont know what I am paying for. Reports rushed and generic. More lines threatening to void protection--for conditions common on any New Orleans house--than actually useful information. No notice to make appointment. I think the goal may be to avoid the customers and thereby rush the inspection. Reports use industry jargon to I assume keep them just legally correct. Lol where to start? Managed to lose my payment, had the wrong name on my contract, showed up completely unannounced and disturbed my tenant who was in the middle of a job interview, lost paperwork multiple times. They just seem super unorganized and like they can’t get their stuff together.

RecommendedWhen I contacted Orkin, I had a serious mouse problem inside my house and rats and mice outside. I live beside a drainage canal and have chickens and ducks for pets. I have not seen a mouse inside for months nor any signs of them. None of my pets has been harmed.

Any of their services. Their customers services is terrible. They never return phone calls. They claim they perform inspections on the termite bait boxes yet they dont have the code to the locks on the gate. I had to cancel my bug maintenance contract due to them saying they were coming into the house and spraying yet again they didn't have the code to my alarm or the code to the lock box to get the key to the house. It took me calling everyday for over two weeks to get a copy of my termite contract. Terrible company.... read more

I have repeatedly had issues with scheduled appointments, particularly with people showing up on the wrong day, at the wrong times, and not calling ahead as requested.
