Any of their services. Their customers services is terrible. They never return phone calls. They claim they perform inspections on the termite bait boxes yet they dont have the code to the locks on the gate. I had to cancel my bug maintenance contract due to them saying they were coming into the house and spraying yet again they didn't have the code to my alarm or the code to the lock box to get the key to the house. It took me calling everyday for over two weeks to get a copy of my termite contract. Terrible company.... read more

I have repeatedly had issues with scheduled appointments, particularly with people showing up on the wrong day, at the wrong times, and not calling ahead as requested.

Called for an inspection was scheduled for Monday 9/17 no body showed up. Rescheduled today (9/18) again no body showed up... I guess they don’t want our business. We will call Terminex!
