Fraudulent service. Technician never entered home to service it, yet they documented the home as having been serviced! I give them far less than a 3. This is not the first time.
RecommendedI spoke to a person I could understand and have a conversation with about the process and fees. Terminix was very vague and not informative about cost and process.
