Thurston, usually comes to my house for service. He is always on time, communicates ETA. He has a smile on his face and a positive attitude, makes sure he understands what I would like done and carries out what we discussed. He also teaches me ways to protect my home from bugs/rodents and how to get rid of those that are causing problems and harm. His willingness to share his knowledge and experience are so appreciated. I was upset that my technician left without notifying me because he was not able to get in the back yard to complete the backyard treatment. He called me very nicely and explained that since my backyard was all paved and no grass, there was no need for the mosquito treatment. Thank you for your patience.
