I had the same technician for approximately 30 years with no problems. Now they don't even tell me ahead of time when they're coming. Price keeps going up and up. Not sure I want to continue.

I needed pest control and attic insulation done. I was told that someone would come out for pest control the same day but later got a phone call saying they were understaffed and no one was available until the following week. Initially the inspector that came out to look at my attic was great and advised me of things I hadn't been advised of previously. That's where most of my satisfaction ends. Unless if the issue where the holds in the wall and others issue need like Your attic need new installation if these services is need this not what you’re looking for . Orkin monthly maintenance will not help you if the mice entrance isn’t fixed ..

Fraudulent service. Technician never entered home to service it, yet they documented the home as having been serviced! I give them far less than a 3. This is not the first time.

I spoke to a person I could understand and have a conversation with about the process and fees. Terminix was very vague and not informative about cost and process.
