I had the same technician for approximately 30 years with no problems. Now they don't even tell me ahead of time when they're coming. Price keeps going up and up. Not sure I want to continue.
I needed pest control and attic insulation done. I was told that someone would come out for pest control the same day but later got a phone call saying they were understaffed and no one was available until the following week. Initially the inspector that came out to look at my attic was great and advised me of things I hadn't been advised of previously. That's where most of my satisfaction ends.
