Thurston, usually comes to my house for service. He is always on time, communicates ETA. He has a smile on his face and a positive attitude, makes sure he understands what I would like done and carries out what we discussed. He also teaches me ways to protect my home from bugs/rodents and how to get rid of those that are causing problems and harm. His willingness to share his knowledge and experience are so appreciated.
