RecommendedTechnician did his inspection quickly & effectively; Provided helpful information concerning alternate techniques to modernize current pest control measures; Provided helpful information to help navigate from our prior service (acquired by Orkin in 2019) to current & ongoing Orkin service;
So far no pests after 9 months of service. Very pleased. Routine service today. Guy was on time and completed inside and out.
Upon calling in the morning, the service representative was at my house by early afternoon. I did not expect immediate service. The service man, John, called in advance to let me know exactly what time he would be at my home, and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing, in addition to answering my questions. I would highly recommend this company, without hesitation.
