I cancelled the service and they still came in and charge me double the price. The customer representative was very unprofessional and insinuated we have never cancelled the service.
I called Orkin and scheduled an appointment for service. I took the day off from work to have them come out to my home. They thought it was acceptable to call me at 4:45 p.m. the evening before to say he’s unable to come because the service technician is completely booked. How is this possible? Did they not look at their schedule before setting my appointment? Then they had the nerve to want to reschedule for the middle of next week.
