I was shocked, make that horrified to see that the “technician” was using snap traps & simple open-ended glue traps! When I asked whether I would need to clean up that mess, he confirmed as if there was no big deal. Mind you, these were the old-fashioned snap-their-heads off snap traps & cheap thin cardboard open-ended glue traps! Furthermore, they sent a separate “inspector” to assess how much to “pest-proof” my home & his estimate? A whopping $5k! I cancelled the service and they still came in and charge me double the price. The customer representative was very unprofessional and insinuated we have never cancelled the service.
I called Orkin and scheduled an appointment for service. I took the day off from work to have them come out to my home. They thought it was acceptable to call me at 4:45 p.m. the evening before to say he’s unable to come because the service technician is completely booked. How is this possible? Did they not look at their schedule before setting my appointment? Then they had the nerve to want to reschedule for the middle of next week.
