RecommendedWe picked Orkin for an insect problem we were having. Karl was nice and helpful during the process. We called him a couple times with questions and he would always call us back and answered everything. Our technician the day of the treatment,Tim, was nice and it happen to be his first time doing a heat treatment but he was in good spirits and I trusted that he did it well and was able to figure it all out. RecommendedMy tech is excellent at his job. The problem I have is with the scheduling system. Until recently, I needed an early morning appointment because if my work schedule. Even though I was in the schedule that way, the system kept scheduling me for the afternoon. Every time I called, I was in the system for the correct time. No one could explain.
