We called him a couple times with questions and he would always call us back and answered everything. My tech is excellent at his job. The problem I have is with the scheduling system. Until recently, I needed an early morning appointment because if my work schedule. Even though I was in the schedule that way, the system kept scheduling me for the afternoon. Every time I called, I was in the system for the correct time. No one could explain. They are friendly, personable, dependable and professional. My technician had been Shawn for so long. He is such a good representation of Orkin. I was sorry to hear he would no longer be working my route. Whenever a problem came up he would go out of his way to find out the problem. I have a new technician and happy to say he’s awesome too. I can’t believe his name escapes me but I will be sure to remember next time.

We’ve been using Orkin since 2002. Haven’t had any major bug problems since. They are thorough but quick and reasonably priced. My dogs even like them and they don’t like strangers lol
