Brad came to our Springfield home & did nice job, as usual. Thank you , Brad for coming after I called you 9:30 AM to ask if you were on your way, as I rec’d Orkin email that said rep would be here today 1/15 between 8-10AM. Brad said he was Not scheduled to come but would be here 15 minutes since he new we cleaned up many areas & waiting for him. Must have been Orkin office mixup.
