Cancelled service early because they did not even try to take Novembers payment out then told me it was declined so many times they took it off autopay but nothing was showing in my bank that it was declined. Then she says but we took Decembers out. How was it off autopay and y’all still took the payment? Got the run around and she had no idea what she was talking about. A young man came to my house Tommy VANHOOVER and told me his chip reader wasn’t working the day of service that me and my daughter needed to give him cash which is as 105 I got a call today from a lady saying i didn’t pay and she is sending it to collections people be aware and I am not taking this lightly either
