Cancelled service early because they did not even try to take Novembers payment out then told me it was declined so many times they took it off autopay but nothing was showing in my bank that it was declined. Then she says but we took Decembers out. How was it off autopay and y’all still took the payment? Got the run around and she had no idea what she was talking about. RecommendedA young man came to my house Tommy VANHOOVER and told me his chip reader wasn’t working the day of service that me and my daughter needed to give him cash which is as 105 I got a call today from a lady saying i didn’t pay and she is sending it to collections people be aware and I am not taking this lightly either
Don’t show up! Don’t do good job.
The absolute worst experience ever had. They will not show up when are supposed to, I’ve had service with them for months now and have only ever showed up for the very first visit. But they sure took that payment right on time. No one will call you and absolutely the worst company to ever deal with. No help, no service, completely wasted money. Definitely do NOT recommend this company at all. Be warned they will scam you for the money and not do what they say, they won’t even show up for appointments.
