Jeremy was very professional. He took the time to explain the plan and answer questions. However he did not know the answer for one important question about the mice boxes and if the cats got the mice after the mice ate the poison. We have maintained a program with Orkin for several years. They have always been very helpful and the service is outstanding. I own a dog kennel and before Orkin, we had to treat all our dogs monthly for fleas. We haven't had to do that since staying on the program with Orkin. I would much rather treat the environment than putting harsh chemicals on my dogs.
