Although Orkin is a bit more pricey than other pest control services—if you end up having a pest control issue, the money is WELL spent. The customer service is excellent. After my home flooded this year, we started seeing black window spiders in the garage (needless to say I freaked out). We had an technician, Josh, who was EXCELLENT. He took the time to explain why the spiders were coming into our home, the steps we needed to take to prevent the spiders, and then kept coming back out every month to spray until they were go... read more
