So very efficient in scheduling and promptness to be there on your appointment time! Takes time to listen to your questions and explains to your satisfaction! Always when leaving tells you to call if you have any issues after your service and they will return. Excellent service by my technician David Dupree!!

Did not show up for appointment and was unable to reach said technician who didn’t show up.

Was told an electrician would come in 2 weeks following completion to complete sump pump hook up. It’s since been almost 6 weeks with no electrician follow up. Orkin advised it’s “not their problem, it’s the electricians problem” but refused to provide electricians information. Terrible customer service.

Your rep called me several days ago, I couldn’t gat to phone. Called him back when I could and got recording. Left him me phone and address and name for him to recall. Never heard back till this morning, made appt between 10-12. It is now 12:45 and have not seen nor heard from him. VERY disappointed with your recent service.

For $208.00 a technician (who was a real friendly guy) to spray a can of PT Wasp Freeze, that costs $11.00 on the internet, in an outdoor potted plant where there was a wasp nest. Total ripoff!!!!
