RecommendedThe review choices offered by Orkin are simply “yes“ and “no.“ I have been an Orkin Customer for several years now, and my true response would be a very guarded “yes.“ They certainly have been here are I needed them, and the folks at the Lexington office were particularly helpful. But scheduling the required annual inspection is a pain. Inspectors are frequently double booked and therefore late. RecommendedOur technician is so nice and so thorough. He ensures that we are getting the best pest control whenever he comes over. He always ensures to answer our questions and address concerns! He is very knowledgeable and we love Orkin! I used to wake up every day and kill at least 6 pill bugs and 5 spiders, now I hardly ever see any bugs! So much better. Will recommend Orkin time and time again.

RecommendedI love Orkin and have had a great experience each time! I do wish however your techs had shoe covers to wear in the homes and were mandated to wear them. I do not allow anyone to wear shoes in my home and by the time I realized my tech was wearing his shoes he had already completed the upstairs and all but one room in the downstairs portion of my home. I have light cream colored carpets throughout and a very clean orderly home. Otherwise I have no complaints at all! I’m very happy with Orkin.
