Yearly Inspection very thorough! Found an issue and showed me pictures and gave cost. Explained the process clearly and we chose to have them do the work to prevent any more damage to our crawl space. Problem was not there last year! So glad that I have annual inspections! Thank you!!! Would highly recommend Orkin! Always on time and looks very professional and is very professional.

Our house built in the 50s still had the original attic pull down door and wooden steps. It was basically held together with duck tape and for an 80 year old woman, it was totally unsafe. The house also had vents that were supposed to open and close with temps but hadn’t done so in years. The Orkin annual inspection made it clear these things needed to be replaced.
