They were upfront with the cost and explained their procedures thoroughly. Nick worked with me to accommodate appt on my schedule. Sam, the tech, was very friendly and professional.
Outstanding experience with the exterminator. Mike Morrow did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with him. He is friendly, and does his best to treat the property. All in all Excellent. Top of the charts.
We had a minor invasion of roaches which freaked out my granddaughter. I called and the Orkin tech came & took care of it. He also suggested ways in which we might diminish the chances of them getting in. He is always friendly & helpful☺️
Appointment was on time. Very friendly service Technician was respectful of home using face mask, gloves and shoe covers. Tech listen to my concerns and addressed them all.
Very professional and prompt
It is always very clear why I still need insect control, and I am working on ways to implement their recommendations. I really hate cockroaches, and Orkin definitely is helping me control them until I can do it on my own!
