Buyer BEWARE! I have a client who's had their termite bond with Orkin for almost 30 years. In the process of selling the house, it turns out there is some "old" termite damage and I can't get anyone to respond to me about fixing the $2,500 worth of damage so the he can move forward with the sale of the house. They're saying this damage is pre-existing but can't seem to provide anything showing that to be the case. was charged 242. for service,watch guy as he didn't go under house to spray, didn't spray my entire yard. then lied on Sunday and said he did a treatment of the yard.
I am sorry but I do not recommend Working. I spent Two Hundred Dollars just to continue to use Raid to get rid of the Ants. I was told it takes Ten Days for them to die off. I am Truly Disappointed.
i absolutely would not recommend because the original person that I talked to that sold me the service promised me that I was not locked into a contract that I could back out at any time and I would not be penalized. also the guy that came out to do the services I did appreciate that it was the same person every time and he did a very good job however he also told me and my roommate the same thing the sales rep told us that we can cancel at any time and we would not be penalized we just would not be able to get back a refun... read more
Orkin does not keep appointments and does not contact customers if they are running late. Also, I tried to resolve the issues and spent 3 days repeatedly calling before I was able to talk to the manager, who was not concerned about the issues I was having. There definitely needs to be improvement with communication to the customer and improvement in overall customer service. Also, I still have ants in my home.
