Terrible experience they no showed the initial service appointment that was scheduled over a month ago on October 13th. They did not call. When I tried to reach the local office they were closed despite having 24 hours listed on their website and Google. Horrible experience I would not recommend them due to the complete disregard of the time of paying customers with a contractual agreement. Please choose to go with Terminix or a local company. This company sucks go with another pest company. After my 1 year of service I canceled because they don’t spray around inside and out of your whole house like I was promised then after paying my last bill and canceling they try to call me a few weeks later and said you have a balance from over 7 years ago. Funny because I don’t remember that this is my first time having orkin. They just lie because if that was true then why didn’t they say anything about it when I signed up for the service last year. yall could improve by doing what yall said yall were going to do. Its been a long time since the company came to our house and yall missed an appointment and then on top of that yall don't even call us to reschedule. Here its is seems like 2 months later yall wanna show up. Now supposedly yall have a new manager that's not the probably need a new staff that can performed the job right! Not happy with at all with this company and no I would not recommend yall period

Terrible customer service. Making it as difficult as possible to cancel. Basically saying I signed a year contract, however, when I signed I was told that they “like” for customers to stay with them 1 year but it wasn’t required. Now I’m being told a different story. When I set up my service, I specifically said I had an ant problem in my lawn- the sales rep set me up for interior and exterior service and it seemed simple enough. Customer service is very poor. Service appointment made, no one shows or calls. This happened twice this week. As a client I call to ask where the tech is and both times I’m told,” the inspector scheduled for your residence didn’t come to work today”. It is after 3 pm when I am told this! Why hasn’t someone from Orkin contacted me earlier to reschedule? Not only twice in one week, this has happened several times over the years!
