watched the operator on ring video Cam and watched the operation as haphazard ly apply what ever it was as he was walking.Plan to cancel service not feeling confident that I'm getting what I pay for ....very concerned

In July 2016, ORKIN installed a dehudifier in the crawl space of my home at 25 DIAMOND HILL ROAD HAMPTON, VA, 23666 and encapsulated the crawl space. The cost was $6,823.00. During the Subterranean Termite Inspection by an ORKIN inspector on September 27, 2019, it was observed that the dehumidifier needs a filter change and that the plastic encapsulation was falling down in two areas. Also the wireless thermometer provided by Orkin is not working and needs adjustment. I need help from Orkin to correct these three issues ... read more

Have been with Orkin since 1990. Recently have had bad experience with them in the office and sales department. No problem with the field personnel that does the actual work. For the most part they are great.
