Poor customer service. Products don’t meet expectations. They offer discounted pricing and still bill different amounts. I canceled service multiple times and still getting bill with techs showing up to my house to perform treatments.
Horrible customer service skills. Talked to two women in the office. Both rude showed no empathy and no interest in wanting to help. Id been a customer for over 5 years. Will take my business somewhere else!
5 out of 5 I would not recommend. We recently called them to come out and help us with a hornet problem only to be lied to and recommended that we do the quarterly indoor/outdoor treatment; assuring that would help with the hornets. It does not; the hornet treatments and removal is a completely separate free and treatment. Then they agreed to do it for us at no cost as long as we remained their customer for quarterly sprays. Half the time yawls equipment doesn’t work the tech that you sent over here was extremely rude was here for 11 minutes and told me he did more than what he was supposed to do and told me he didn’t care if I went to another company or not you have mosquitoes a week after they spray the service has gone downhill and I realize that everybody is shorthanded but I’m still paying for something that I’m not getting

This is a shady company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I have had a magnitude of problems since the day I hired them to perform work on my house. The biggest issue I had was with them not disclosing the contract in full. You are required to pay for the work in full in 90 days or you have the option to finance it. However, if you choose to finance they will give you the payment amount for whichever yearly term you choose while showing you the total cost of the work, and it includes 22% of interest.
