A very pushy salesman inspected my crawl space and said I had termites. After getting 3 second opinions, none said their were termites and one even guaranteed it. I paid for service to get rid of silver fish, but during the second service was told that they never could really get rid of them.

I have called Orkin multiple times to come out and fix my termite traps since I accidentally hit one with my lawnmower. They reach out that someone would be out to fix but no one ever showed up. I had my monthly appointment this week and I figure it would be taken care of then and it wasn’t. I am very disappointed in the request turn around and they keep changing technicians on me so I never know who is doing it. Frustrating!!

I signed a contract (and prepaid it) to eradicate mice from my house on October 2018. The reps were wonderful but I still have mouse droppings and no dead mice! I am requesting a full refund of my payment.
