RecommendedPest issue came on fast. Orkin offered to come the next day but we couldn’t make it work. When the “Big Day” finally came our tech was very late. When he finally came he couldn’t have been more apologetic. We understand delays happen but wish we would have been notified earlier. The service though was great and the technician would be welcome anytime.

RecommendedThe technicians arrived within the expected timeframe. They were based in Roanoke VA. Evan and Joshua did a good job following up where LT had found a termite swarm several weeks ago. All suspicious areas were treated, with very little impact on the structure of the interior wall. Baits were sunk all around the outer perimeter, and any loose dirt was swept up. The guys were patient with us and did a very good job with all our questions.
