The technician is very professional and communicates well. This review is not based on the technician. It’s based on the results. I used the service to treat moles in my front yard and it has not worked at all. I have as many new mounds as when the service started.

I never write reviews like this, but I am extremely frustrated. I called to book an inspection and treatment for our home we just moved into 2 months ago. The rep said they would perform an in-depth inspection from attic to basement and full exterior to check for pests/nesting sites and potential nesting sites. She said they would also check the siding of the house. All for $270. I am currently very displeased with the lack of services performed. Our regular tech, Brian, has been wonderful with our regular pest control services. However we recently were to have a “Wildlife Exclusion Program,” completed to seal cracks and holes around our home. When I returned home Jerry had already left and there were a few places plugged with black foam insulation on the side of the house… that’s it.
