Can not keep an appointment time that was specifically asked for. Tech showed late, I wanted him to spray inside my basement and the garage... that did not happen cause I was not home due to a prior appointment. Better time Management would be helpful especially since I am not at home during the day.

When I called to make the appointment I was led to believe that Waymore will be involved I feel very unsatisfied at the fact that the technician told me that I could have did what he was going to do myself

In the past it was excellent. I could plan ahead, dates, times , one particular tech to deal with etc. Now it appears management does not know how to run the show. For 15 plus years I’ve had the same tech as well as everything in place to plan ahead. Now I’m guessing. Different techs each visit. Service appear to vary with each tech. Have to point out all that needs done. Enough supplies aren’t available for my services. Sad what is now happening to ORKIN. Management needs to get its act together!! I had a sales agent suggest moth treatment via heat last month. It costs a lot of money - nearly $4k and then 85 a month for quite some time. Needless to say, I was nervous but also very happy to have Orkin on the case. I get emails saying staff will be on site between 7-8. Staff arrived at 0955. The exterminator thought he was here for bedbugs, as did the phone staff when I called to find the whereabouts of my exterminator.
