RecommendedI recommend the services provided by the technicians. However, the department who does scheduling and the department responsible for communication between the schedulers and the customer service reps both are very poorly run. When a client calls customer service because the technician is over an hour late and the customer service rep can’t give an adequate explanation, it’s time to revamp the way one department communicates with the other!!!
