Great doing there job and great explaining very friendly
Very thorough and explained everything. It’s pricey, but so are the other places.good thing is they will return if they didn’t “kill” the problem critters at no extra charge. The man that came was timely and very nice.
I recommend the services provided by the technicians. However, the department who does scheduling and the department responsible for communication between the schedulers and the customer service reps both are very poorly run. When a client calls customer service because the technician is over an hour late and the customer service rep can’t give an adequate explanation, it’s time to revamp the way one department communicates with the other!!!
Both technicians we had come out, Nestor & Leo, were extremely knowledgeable, thorough & professional. They both took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I highly recommend their services!
