Tech was 1 1/2 hours late and did not call. I had to call Orkin customer service and they put me on hold twice and then said they couldn’t contact the technician….

Our pest issue was not correctly identified initially. We received a treatment that did not work. We called back and another technician came to our home and identified the issue and advised us to pour bleach down our drains. We paid almost $300 to fix the issue ourselves with some helpful advice.
