I have not really had any problems since I started using them 2 years ago. I saw ants a few months ago and Orkin took care of it . 10/10
Technician was thorough and pleasant to speak with. Came ready to do his job, answered questions, explained every step in the process. Took samples of pests to verify and received an answer within 24 hours for follow up, etc.

They get by he job done. Had an ant problem and since having then spray, we haven't had the problem again. If anything comes up they come out for free between the regular appointments!
