Horrible! Took $100 and didn’t even treat the property! Showed up when they were not suppose to! Got the guy on camera doing nothing and then claiming he treated!

I have been using Orkin for years but recently I haven't had great service. My work schedule doesn't allow me to be home till around 5pm or 6pm. I have informed Orkin of this many times. I don't know what's going on but despite Orkin telling me they notated my request for my services to be between 4-6pm in their system, I have had multiple instances where notifications are sent stating technicians are coming earlier than this causing me to have to call again and schedule the service to be done inside my house. Great service when they actually listen. but for some reason the communication or the brains aren't working. they don't like it when you try to cancel or you tell them that you will call them back they reminds me of a bad car salesman that won't stop or listen. they keep thinking they can push me around and schedule without my authorization. that will make it fraud and opens up the door for a lawsuit. they are good. unless you want to stop service then they don't understand the meaning of no. had an older gentleman that was servicing our house did fantastic. got a new tech and hasn't stepped foot inside for months. when I called the office about the billing the lady seemed not to care that I wasn't getting the service I paid for. I am canceling the service and do not recommend it to anyone. p.s. one lady seemed concerned and said it wasn't a one off complaint so maybe they will rectify the problem but that I'd to be determined.
They never let me know when they are coming tonight he came and I couldn’t let him into the house because of illness I get charged the same amount but never get the inside treated this has happened several times they come and do outside and leave a bill on the door when no one is home service has not been good for the last few months I thinking of canceling
