RecommendedThe technicians are trustworthy, thorough and knowledgeable. I tried to eradicate a mouse problem for about six months unsuccessfully. Jim, from Orkin, came in and had the issue resolved right away. I was so satisfied that I hired them for monthly preventive service. From summer to winter I have had zero issues now with uninvited guests.

Horrible! Took $100 and didn’t even treat the property! Showed up when they were not suppose to! Got the guy on camera doing nothing and then claiming he treated!

I have been using Orkin for years but recently I haven't had great service. My work schedule doesn't allow me to be home till around 5pm or 6pm. I have informed Orkin of this many times. I don't know what's going on but despite Orkin telling me they notated my request for my services to be between 4-6pm in their system, I have had multiple instances where notifications are sent stating technicians are coming earlier than this causing me to have to call again and schedule the service to be done inside my house.
