People were polite and respectful. Also shared good information about what they were doing. Found and sprayed for pests. Assured me to call if there was a problem with pests returning within a week. There is a 30 day warranty.

We encountered Springtails for the 1st time this year. If you don't know what these are, neither did we until July. We called Orkin and someone came out the next day to treat them, spiders, and the wasp nests that were around the house. The Springtails disappeared for a while, but about 3 weeks later, we noticed a few "slower/sleepy" ones in our upstairs bathrooms again.
