The gentleman was real professional in his work and interaction . He listens well unlike the lady responsible for rescheduling as she was rude and late in her action. For the sake of the company and the customers, she should not be working there if I was in charge as I worked 45 years in serving customers. She told us about rescheduling 2 hours after I made a call asking why they did no show up in the time frame given to us.
