Recommendedwe paid over $12,000 to have bat droppings and old insulation removed along with leaf guard, having house sealed and bat guard over ridge vent on roof and blow in new insulation. They brought in a very big dumpster to put all insulation in and only 1 small item was in dumpster I watched everything they did one guy brought down 1 bag of old insulation and that was it. They didn't remove all old insulation with bat droppings like quoted. they blew new insulation over the old then when they put leaf guard up they never cleaned ... read more

Poor customer service on follow up
Rep never showed up on the day for inspection. Was not told about $95 inspection fee. Called next day to see why he didn’t show up, no explanation. Took 3 days for appt time. Asked if we could get it sooner;had to leave message for scheduler, and never got a response all day on a Friday. As far as I’m concerned, bed bugs should be done ASAP!!
I have told customer service multiple times that Fridays do not work for me, as I work nights and need to sleep. Of course, they keep scheduling me for Friday. So I stayed up today so that I could make sure that the technician treated inside the house, and went outside when I got the text that he was here. But there was no truck in my driveway. Horrible customer service. I had been with Orkin for almost 2 years I had a small request about being called about scheduling instead of being texted. I asked multiple times and it was never done. They acted like I the paying customer was inconveniencing them. I finally was fed up and asked to end my services. The Branch Manager Corey called and was using words like apparently and confusion.
