I recently moved into this house. The original fee for "evaluation" and first time service was charged on my card. I signed up for recurring monthly service, knowing how much that would cost, yet I somehow owe an amount that isnt the same. I also signed up for a wildlife management services and the job was NOT completed yet they charged my card $$$$$.
