I recently moved into this house. The original fee for "evaluation" and first time service was charged on my card. I signed up for recurring monthly service, knowing how much that would cost, yet I somehow owe an amount that isnt the same. I also signed up for a wildlife management services and the job was NOT completed yet they charged my card $$$$$. The technician I had was great, but the company doesn't know how to communicate. They will take advantage of you, not involve you with a change of technicians, try to charge for service without notice
I was given a quote on the phone for a project which I approved. The contract had a different price for the job. After a lengthy phone call they did write off the difference which I appreciated. I am disappointed with my experience with Orkin. I thought they were a more reputable company.
