The technician I had was great, but the company doesn't know how to communicate. They will take advantage of you, not involve you with a change of technicians, try to charge for service without notice
I was given a quote on the phone for a project which I approved. The contract had a different price for the job. After a lengthy phone call they did write off the difference which I appreciated. I am disappointed with my experience with Orkin. I thought they were a more reputable company.
