Absolutely not. I spent months trying to get a contract cancelled I didn’t even sign up for (my landlord did). Today I got a marketing call from an Ian and did not answer. I hit the number by accident about 10 hours later and hung up. I got a text from Ian and three calls in about two minutes. Then a guy named Braden called from a second number. I paid for five year service, we have yet to have you come when you said you would come. The only time that you did come was when I complained!!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service! schedule a tech but you never know if they'll come out or not, then the problem doesnt even get taken care of when they finally do come out. they have poor communication with their workers and customers.
After all the prep work I did so that a thorough job could be done, I realized that many areas were not treated. I know this because I removed carpet and tac strips to replace flooring with LV flooring. We had Orion come 2 additional times to finally fix the problem.
